Dear Parents, Guardians & Carers,

Welcome back to term 4.  We trust that you had a safe and happy September break.  Once again we have a busy term coming up and we are looking forward to a number of special events.  Please ensure you are regularly reading the newsletter and checking for emails so you have the most up to date information.

Congratulations to the 25 students who represented our school at the Regional Athletics on Tuesday.  Also a big thank you to Mr Hogan for his training of the students and all of the administration required to ensure our students can participate.

We also wish Sierra Colantuono all the very best for the coming week as she represents Victoria in the Primary School Australian Championships for soccer in Western Australia.  We can’t wait to hear all about your experience.

Years 3, 4 & 6 will be participating in their camping programs this term.  All details will be coming out shortly.

Before and After school supervision

A reminder that our gates open at 8.30am each morning.  Children are not supervised prior to this time.  If you are required to drop them off earlier due to work commitments in the case of an emergency then please contact the school to let us know.  School ends at 3.20pm each day.  Students are required to be picked up as close to that time as possible.  Teaching staff who are on gate C are required to supervise students who are waiting for the bus.  We respectfully request that children do not stay within the school grounds to play after 3.30pm.

COVID Information

An email was sent out during the week with information regarding the changes made by the government in regards to COVID isolation etc and how this relates to schools.

First Eucharist Sacramental Meeting

Grade 4 students will be receiving the Sacrament of First Eucharist in November.

A parent / student workshop will be held at 6.00pm Wednesday 19th October in St. Michael's Church.

Kind Regards

Michelle
