Dear Parents, Guardians & Carers,

What a busy 2 weeks we have had since our last newsletter with lots happening both at school and sporting events for our students.

Year 5 Camp

Our year 5 students along with our staff had a fantastic time at Phillip Island with the predicted weather better than we expected.  Only causing us to change our plans on the final morning.  Students enjoyed participating in canoeing, raft building, flying fox, bush cooking and archery.  They also had an amazing time at the disco with some very cool outfits.  If you wish to view a video of year 5 camp, please check our facebook page.

District Winter Sport

Year 5/6 students participated in the District Winter sports day on Tuesday 23rd May, playing netball, football, soccer, hockey & t-ball.  All students had a great day and are to be commended on their sportsmanship.  Our hockey team was successful in winning through to the Division stage and have successfully moved through to the regional finals.

New Admin Area

We are on schedule for handover of the new administration area next Friday 9th June which we are very excited about.  We will be transitioning into the new space during the following week.  We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as there will no doubt be some teething problems.

Foundation Enrolments 2024.

We are currently taking enrolments for Foundation in 2024.  If you know anyone considering St Gabriel’s please ask them to contact the office to book a tour or for an enrolment pack. If you are an existing family please get your enrolment forms asap.  Please note enrolments close on 23rd June.
